Revision Policy
British Dissertation Home follows a transparent policy to ensure customers know our practices. Here are revision details for different stages and dissertation elements:
Instructions
All instructions shared with us must be clear. Any unambiguous or conflicting instructions will render our revision policy void. Our quality assurance department will perform an assessment in such a case. Moreover, if they find a change in the instructions, clients will not receive any amendments. However, if the instructions were clear and fixed, revisions may apply.
Submission
We have a “send for revision” option in the portal to help you place revision requests. In addition, you can also send a request through email, but it should mention your order number and other documentary details. However, clients should carefully review and assess the document when they receive it to avoid unnecessary revision requests.
Still, if you first accepted your assignment but later required a change, you should immediately contact customer support. In addition, please share all the relevant revision instructions with them to get them to the writers. It will allow us to have the necessary time to produce the best possible modifications. However, if you fail to follow this process, British Dissertation Home may not be able to offer you timely corrections.
Deadline
Our offer of free revisions remains available before you approve the order and accept delivery. Still, we understand you may require a revision after a consultation with your teachers. Hence, you can request changes within 14 days of accepting delivery. For longer orders, you can ask for the corrections within the period of 21 days. However, you will not be eligible for a free revision once this timeline passes since we will close the project as completed on time.
Number of Free Revisions
As mentioned above, customers receive free revisions within 14 days for normal orders and 21 days for longer orders (more than 20 pages). However, the amendment is appliable only when the other conditions are also met. If these guidelines are followed, we don’t place any restrictions on the number of free changes clients can receive.
There will be situations where your instructions will not meet the terms we have stated above. Typically, this would mean the revision period has already occurred. As a result, customers must place a new order for editing or proofreading to get the desired change in their assignment. In addition, they will also have to share all the specifications required for making the desired changes.
Remember, you have 14 or 21 days for approving any revised document. The time is calculated from when the final draft becomes available for download. After the required number of days, British Dissertation Home will automatically mark the order as completed.
